Shipping policy

All orders will be processed within 48 hours of receiving the payment. If you want your packaged shipped same day of purchase then you must place your order before 12 noon to be shipped out the same day. If your package is returned to Her Cheveux because of an incorrect address, it is the customers responsibility to repay for shipping cost to be sent out again. All customers will be notified of shipment with a tracking number once the order is on the way to the customer.
