All orders will be processed within 48 hours of receiving the payment. If you want your packaged shipped same day of purchase then you must place your order before 12 noon to be shipped out the same day. If your package is returned to Her Cheveux because of an incorrect address, it is the customers responsibility to repay for shipping cost to be sent out again. All customers will be notified of shipment with a tracking number once the order is on the way to the customer.

Returns will NOT be accepted due to the safety of our customers. However, if you need to make a change to your order because you are unhappy with your item, you must fill out an exchange form within 24 hours of receiving your order and send it back in its original packaging within 48 hours. All hair including closure and frontals must be in its original packaging and not tampered with upon inspection. If hair is tampered with then there will be no exchange.

Our hair is 100% natural and unprocessed, which means it can be colored to your desired choice. This also means that once it is colored, it becomes processed and should be treated as such. We recommend using a sulfate free shampoo and a moisturizing conditioner.

Before installing your hair please follow the following instructions:

1. Shampoo your hair using a sulfate free shampoo twice

2. Condition it once and rinse thoroughly. If not, your hair will have remaining product on it and cause it to be stiff and dull.

3. Comb/ brush your hair from bottom to the top. To maintain longevity, try to keep the pressure off of the weft area.

4. You should hang dry your hair or lay it flat on a surface. Never blow dry it because this will often cause stiffness.

5. Now you may install your hair to your desire.

1. Brush/Comb your hair gently from bottom to top to remove all tangles.

2. Wrap, Twist or Braid your hair to keep it in tact.

3. Finally, tie your hair and cover it with a satin scarf or bonnet. A satin pillowcase is also preferred.
